Bonus - Part 1 ( renamed)

As part of Singapore working force, what do you expect at the end of the every year?

I believe non other than:
1. Pay adjustment, a more direct way --> Pay increment. The more the merrier, isn't it?
2. The 13th month pay --> Somebody from the cyber did a calculation and conclusion the 13th month is what we deserve but not a reward! But, some poor guys still do not get what they deserve
3. Promotion --> You know, there are people out there like this... get promote, but pay remain. In short, under paid, over work. sad~
4. The BONUS! Yes! This is the real reward for the last year hard works, performance and contribution to the company. Some people get 1,3, 5, 6 months bonus, but some get fart...

The company I am serving has an unique policy. The only pay the BONUS on April. I was expecting some ( trust me, some is really some..) BONUS for myself this year, but till now there is no news or my BONUS at all. I think 冻过水 (Tong Guo Shui)...
