It has been 2 year plus since I step into a new industry.

I always thought one man would be able to create wonder, The fact, it is not, and I learnt the lesson the hard way.

As of today, I believe 'success' is only achievable when you have a team, not necessary a great team, but a team with individual who know their role, and play their role well.

I strongly believe in it.
