I think it is common for bosses making decision without discussing with subordinate, i do not against this kind of cultural. Somehow, i totally don't feel comfortable if he does this in front of customer, especially when customer is taken care by the subordinate who attend the meeting with him.

The worse is, it happened to me during our last day meeting with customer.


I though i could stay in current job without grievance. Too bad, it just different now.
