Yv just got back 5 minutes before this. I am damn bloody annoy, thanks to her boss. The most idiotic boss i even seen so far in my working adult life...

To the top management of CSML,
I am very thankful to you for giving my wife an golden opportunity to serve one of the most competitive working environmental in Singapore. I always believe CSML has lots of dedicated managers/ head of department who able to lead the company towards its vision. Therefore, I am glad with her new role in CSML.
However, things do not go the direction as I thought. The junior management in CSML ... sucks! The lousy Finance Manager always makes bad decisions and causes whole team suffer. I seriously has no idea how could the manager change the person-in-charge in less than 24 hours from the submission date and expect the person to accomplish the task within 20 hours or maybe less? The person suppose to to the work --> Shake leg!
Anyway, we can't blame the manager for making bad decision as those decision is made purely based on words-of-mouth (WOM), she just listen whatever people said without thinking ma. We should blame the person who convey the sabotage message.
If possible, i suggest CSML's top management send these WOM people for "Speaking the Truth Course" to ensure she is conveying the truth each time they speak. Seal their mouth if they talk nonsenses again!
There shall no action to be taken to the Finance Manager as managers are always right. But, i would prefer if top management could chop-off her ears. This is to prevent her to 'hear' too much and 100% assure she could make decision base on observation in the future.
Lastly, I sincerely hope the top management could look into the competency of your current junior management staffs. It is really pathetic to have such managers in the organization.
